This policy explains what data is processed when you visit LiteGallery (litegallery.io) and how you can control it.
Operator and contact
The site is an independent publication and is not a registered legal entity. We handle visitor data carefully and never sell it. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact info@litegallery.io.
What data is processed
- Technical request data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer, date and time. This is pseudonymous: on its own it does not contain your name, but it can under some conditions be linked to a device, so we do not call it anonymous.
- Analytics data — pseudonymous identifiers stored in cookies and visit statistics (see “Analytics”). Set only after your consent.
Server logs
The web server keeps technical logs (including IP address and browser details) for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or overwritten.
Analytics
To understand which content is useful we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland/LLC) and Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC). Analytics does not start before you consent: Google Consent Mode defaults to “denied”, and Yandex Metrica initialises only after consent. Once granted, these services collect pseudonymous visit data (pages viewed, device type, referrer, on-site behaviour) and set their own cookies under their own policies. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
These services are independent processors and may transfer data outside your country — Google to the United States, Yandex to Russia. Retention is governed by those services’ policies.
Cookies
A full list with purpose and duration is in the separate Cookie Policy. No analytics cookies are set until you make a choice in the consent banner.
Your rights and controls
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You can change or withdraw cookie consent at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page, and by clearing cookies or using your browser settings. Opting out of analytics does not affect access to content. Send requests and complaints to info@litegallery.io.
